broken-gurl's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- scars are souvenirs you never lose I went shopping with Mare yesterday. She said if I cleaned my room, she's take me to Old Navy to spend $25 & I ended up falling in love with so many clothes that she spent $75 on me. *grins* I got a khaki skirt, jean shorts, & a black sleeveless shirt with pink stitching. & the best part - they are ALL smaller sizes from the last time I went shopping, & they are still a bit big. I figure they will shrink though. I survived my hell-day yesterday too. It actually wasn't so bad. With Jodi I dropped off my Thrifty's application, & inquired about jobs at Dairy Queen & the dollar store. So sometime in these next couple days I am going to head down there & drop off my resumes. Plus, my mom picked up another Thrifty's application for me so I can apply at the Cloverdale store. It would be cool if I got an interview at the bakery, cause then Andy (mom's husband) would be interviewing me. Weirdness. & I know some of the people who work there. 4 more days until Cowichan!!! *cheers* I can't wait to go back. I hope the weather is as beautiful as it was when we were there last weekend. I just have to keep crossing my fingers that Shara gets back on the 30th so she can come over on the 1st. I'm lonely today & it sucks. I guess after being so busy & stuff yesterday it feels weird to not be doing anything. Well, I'm going out with Chrissy after she gets off work at 5:15 but for the rest of the day I've got nothing. I know I SHOULD get those resumes & covering letters ready, but I just feel like not worrying about that today. Ugh, still no news on whether or not I'm pregnant. Fuckit, I DON'T want to have to go to my doctor on Monday. Please, please let it come this weekend. I'm totally fucked if I'm pregnant... gah. Ok, I'll just stop thinking about that.
