broken-gurl's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- bridge over troubled water Things are going pretty good still I guess. Work is decent, had a great shift today but have had some crappy ones too. I don't get paid for another week which sucks but hey, it'll be worth it. Things at home are good too... Mare's son David is here from Toronto & it's the first time I've met him - he's an amazing guitarist/singer & I've only heard him do one song. Tomorrow is my dad's birthday so of course I've got him a rockin present & card, & Mare & I snuck out earlier tonight to get him a Turtle Cheesecake. It looks so good, there aren't even words. My mom is away on a camping trip right now which sucks cause I miss talking to her & she only left today. My mom's good to talk to, & I guess I'm catching up on years of missed relationship with her. I'm fat. But in other news... oh yeah, I'm fat. I've gained so much weight in the last week or so it's sick. Really. But I think it's starting to level & go down a bit, so no need to freak. Heh. I can't stop thinking about codes. Granny Smith apples, head lettuce, Rainier cherries, corn on the cob... ohhh my god I just need to shut them out. I'm off tomorrow which is good, but then I work Sat, Sun, Mon & I think Tues. It sucks that I am working a 7 hour shift on Monday because it's a holiday & since I have not yet worked there for 30 days, no holiday pay. THAT IS LAME IN SO MANY WAYS!!! Hm, yeah. Not a whole lot to say. Shara is still in Nova Scotia & it really sucks because I can't even fucking call her & she won't be back until the end of the month.... which is only 2 days away! Yay! I didn't realize it was so close. Well that's good. SHARA I MISS YOU!!! <3 Well, my dad should be back shortly & we are going to watch a random movie that I rented today that I've never heard of. It's called "Below". I'll try to remember to update this more often. I know I haven't been around much lately.
